What are the workshops?
I want to show you how to extend your knowledge of cooking, so that when you are entertaining at home it will be less of a task and more of a pleasure.
What will you learn?
Although I love cooking Italian food, there are also many other delicious recipes we can prepare, which I have put together for the Theme days and, during the morning, I will demonstrate short cuts and tips to make the preparation for entertaining a lot easier.
How is the day?
You will arrive at about 10am for coffee and cake or biscuits and we will discuss the ‘Themed’ 3-course meal, which I shall be preparing for your lunch. You will eat your meal together, accompanied by a glass of quality wine. Then, over coffee or tea, you can mull over what we prepared and enjoy the company at the dining table. The day finishes at around 3.00pm.
The programme: Arrive at 10:00am for coffee & homemade cake/biscuits; 10:15 Demonstration starts;12:00..ish, Break for canapés & cocktail… continue demonstration until; 1pm…ish Lunch will be served consisting of the demonstrated menu, accompanied with a glass of good wine; 3pm…ish all done, home time. Terms of Business
Cancellation without charge will be accepted on receipt of 15 days notice prior to the date of the class.
Special days for groups are available by prior arrangement with Santa, minimum of 12 people and maximum 13.
